Responsible for managing and reporting on all aspects of the project: design, schedule, budget, contracts, payment applications, selection process, and coordination of the Owner's team of lawyers, financial officers, city officials, consultants, and subconsultants—including the Architect (OMA / Shohei Shigematsu) and Construction Manager selection process (Gilbane Building Company). Worked with, coordinated, and educated the museum's staff on how to facilitate the design and preconstruction processes for strategic results.
